Everest Place is currently featuring Mysk by Shaza, a luxury brand that focuses on health and wellness. The condos at Mysk are modern, stylish, and luxurious. The discerning traveler will feel at home at Mysk as it has all the comforts of home draped in elegant surroundings and amenities.

Can I invest in Everest Place without owning a luxury condo?
We have several investing opportunities for investors wanting to be a part of this mixed-use development. You can invest without having to own a property but if you change your mind, we can roll your investment into a purchase agreement.
What is a Master Planned Community?
A master-planned community is a place that is designed around the needs of the guest. We have placed living accommodations, entertainment, places to dine, and more all within the development. We want to create a space of peace and tranquility and if you are not having to travel all over to find what you need, you can do more things like, relax and spend time with loved ones.
I have seen and heard “Pre-Construction” pricing. What exactly does that mean?
We are currently under construction and we want to give our early adopters incentives to save money. Before we offer our units to the public, we give people a chance to buy in early and that does two things: Let’s them be first in line (in Orlando’s market that is HUGE) and also start earning property appreciation.

Yes, of course. We will have a large parking structure near the residences that will make traveling to and from Everest Place easy and comfortable.
Do you have an HOA?
Yes. We want to create a comfortable environment for all Everest Place guests and residents. Our property management and HOA will work to maintain the grounds and facilities to make your stay enjoyable.
